About Theresa Romaniec

Theresa Romaniec (pronounced Row-man-iss) is a passionate storyteller and professional video editor. Originally from California and Massachusetts, she brings a worldly view to her projects.

 

​For the past five years, she has worked as a professional video editor specializing in all facets of media production. Her work has included high-quality video content for commercial and non-profit clientele, with a keen eye for detail, organization, and leadership skills that take the production from idea to successful completion. Currently, Theresa works as a Video Content Producer for a travel company in Boston, Massachusetts.

 

​In Spring 2024, she contributed to a writing team for an original television series released on Amazon Prime in Fall 2024. Inspired by that experience, she began developing her own stories—female-driven narratives with a sharp, comedic twist. Her screenplay “The Revenge Plan” gained momentum on the film festival circuit, earning multiple accolades, including Best Comedy Feature Screenplay (Fall 2024) at both the Houston Comedy Film Festival and the Atlanta Comedy Film Festival.​

 

Outside of work, Theresa's passions include travel, hiking, music, reading, writing screenplays, meeting people, and playing her French Horn.
